So, please enter the "Settings" and choose "Time Zone" - Eastern Time.

Time Zone: Eastern Time (US & Canada)[GMT -04:00] It means that your time is 4 hours later behind Greenwich and 6 hours later behind Poland. Should be OK.

Anyway keep smiling and be happy. We have today very cold day, -20 Celsius !!! brrrrr

Friendship.......
I have read many things about friendship......most of it true. A friend is someone who is always there for you. They listen, they encourage, they laugh with you, they cry with you. Friendships are special blessings sent by God to help us through the tough times.
What would life be like with out my friends? Probably like a day without sunshine... If you are reading this now.....you know you are a friend of mine.....Thank you for being there.....

I have been also here, but I found it (the possibility of adding to your blog-page) rather randomly on my hotmail address. Anyway I know already that you are clever and very intelligent girl ... means also very dangerous :-), but also very exciting. In Swahili I will say HONGERA MAGGIE !!! But now I am going to my bed ... it's 9:20 PM by now and I am rather sleeping in front of the comp. So GOOD NIGHT and sweet dreams :-) to you :-))

It's Sunday morning....well it's Sunday a little after noon.....the wind is howling......the snow is blowing. I am happy I am inside where it's warm and cozy. I am glad I went to church this morning....and I am glad I taught Sunday school. That last part of the statement is a bit of an oxymoron. Did you ever not want to do something? However, when you've finished, you're glad you did it. That's how I feel about Sunday school. At times, you know immediately you have done a good thing, you can see by the light in the child's face that you have made a difference. Today, we studied reconciliation. In the course of it, the word "special" was used. I think it was something like "God thinks we are all special" , that's not it exactly, but close. I said to a little girl...."You are very special, you have the most beautiful eyes, and hair, you're pretty, you're smart, you're kind and you're good. She had such a look on her face, as if, it were the first time she ever heard such things.

I will tell you a secret. Every person is beautiful. When you can observe them, it is like looking at a garden full of all different types of flowers. All different, all unique and all intrinsically beautiful. I love to observe people...to appreciate their beauty. When a person smiles....the flower blooms.

That reminds of work this week....there is a woman who is in her sixties, who reports to me. She does an extraordinary job, she is just an absolute pleasure to be around. When I was talking with her this week, I told her how great she was at her job. She became very quiet and she said to me "No one has ever told me that I was great at anything". I could see how touched she was.

The thing that amazes me most....in both of these cases what I said was only the truth. What stops people from recognizing the good in others? If they do recognize it, why don't they acknowledge it? It could make such a difference in someone's life and supprisingly enough, it will make you feel good inside.

You can make a difference in someone's life today.
